SHIPPING

Shipments will take anywhere from 3-14 days (excluding our processing times of 1-2) depending on your location. If you believe your shipment has taken too long to arrive, please email us at this address:

RETURNS

If you are not happy with a product purchased through Referee POV we will be here to help fix the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount that you paid. Items can be returned within 14 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Processing may take between 7-21 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund taxes or shipping charges

Any order purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact ari@refereepov.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos, and any information regarding the issue so that we can resolve the problem.

If an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, a refund will not be provided or exchanged.

Once investigated, we will provide you with information on how to return the item.
